Studio Policies
Sessions with the studio are conducted by "appointment only" .
Reservations require a credit card on file to complete the scheduling process. Clients with reservations receive email and text confirmation. We have a 48 hour cancellation policy that is associated with a fee for noncompliance. No charges or holds are made to the card on file unless the appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled with 2 full business days notice prior to the scheduled appointment. Reservations, reschedules, cancellations and communication with the studio are accommodated by phone. Emails, texts, and any communication other than phone calls are not guaranteed to be received in a timely manner. Please be mindful of holidays and our weekday schedule.
Please note that availability is in high demand and appointments may not be able to be rescheduled in every situation.

The selection process is a separate session and must be held in a timely manner after the creation session. Viewing and commissioning your artwork is an exciting family event and there is a lot of care and respect that goes into your portraits.
-
In the event that there are partners -- spouses, significant others, heads of household, etc. -- All must be present for the selection process. Our staff cannot make any exceptions to this policy. We are happy to ensure that all can participate and will make necessary accommodations. Please refrain from bringing young children to this session if they could distract you.

Our work is handmade art. Everything that leaves our studio and enters the world is to our highest standards. We do not specialize in digital files and are not obligated to provide them. The work of the studio is copyrighted and proprietary. Finished artwork can take anywhere from 8-12 weeks for completion. Portrait collection is held in person with the party who commissioned the portrait.
-
For those with a special opportunity or certificate, proper documentation must be provided to the studio and materials presented to the artist at the camera session. The studio is not obligated to accept transferred certificates.
-
Viewing and presentation of the work is solely conducted in person during the time we arrange for the projection session. The material we create is proprietary. We do not disseminate early material through proofs, email or any other manner. While this may be inconvenient for some, deviating from our long held practices would ultimately be a great disservice to our clients. During this time you will experience a curated slideshow of the best material from your camera session. Images will be projected for you to see and enjoy in real time so that you have the truest accuracy, best presence and spatial perception to your benefit.
